Delivery

Orders placed by 12pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. All other orders leave us within 24 working hours.

International (tracked & signed, 4–5 working days)

Customs & duties

• EU: duties and taxes are paid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
• USA and rest of the world: import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs on delivery and are payable by you.

If a parcel comes back to us because duties weren't paid or it wasn't collected, we'll get in touch to either refund the item or resend it. Any extra postage or charges we pay will be deducted or charged.

Returns

Not quite right? You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it.

1. Email customerservice@28vintage.co.uk with your name and order number.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
3. We'll refund you within 5 working days of receiving it.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method and include your original standard delivery charge. If you'd rather have store credit, just ask.
• Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• Items should come back unworn, unwashed and with the Passerella tag attached. If an item comes back worn or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
• For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or of earrings and other pierced jewellery.
• Every piece is one of one, so we can't exchange for another size. You can return for a refund or swap for store credit.

Faulty or not as described?

Every item is checked and any flaws are listed, but if something isn't as described, email us within 30 days with photos. We'll cover the return postage and refund you in full.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
